church. As a part of the Christian Church in Edmonton, we worship God
with gladness and in awe for all He has done for us. Through the Lord
Jesus Christ we have found peace, joy and fullness of life. We are
honored to share our church with you through this website.If you happen to attend 'in person' you will be made welcome because we
believe that Jesus was welcoming to all sorts of people and He is our
Lord and our example. There is a full program of activities, for all
ages, throughout the week.Pentecostal/Charismatic Churches are known for their exuberant praise
and the use of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Both of which are a part
of our normal worship. You may be unused to this, but we trust you will
be able see beyond our differences from other evangelical churches and
join in our rejoicing. We hope that you will come and visit us 'in person' and bring a friend.

Children Ministry – Stefanie Cunha
As a young child Stefanie knew there was one thing she wanted to do when she grew up; teach. At the age of 12 she felt a call on her life to work with children around the world as a missionary. After High School, Stefanie attended the Faculté Saint-Jean (U of A) where she took her Bachelors of Education. Stefanie participated in various short term missions’ trips which took her to Eastern Canada, Europe and South America. Upon returning from her third trip to Brazil, she enrolled at Taylor Seminary where she took her Masters in Intercultural Studies. It was during this time that she began attending Carisma Pentecostal Church. Supported by Carisma, Stefanie travelled twice to Benguela, Angola to work with the church there, as well as, with street children. It was during her second trip that she met her future husband, João. They were married in July 2004. Stefanie continues to teach full-time in the Logos program in Sherwood Park. She and her husband are both involved in ministry at Carisma Church.
